What we do...

The Adult Development Team is here to support you in your role, whether you are a Leader or Manager, Executive member, Active Support Member or Occasional Helper. As a team we cover:
The Scout Association’s Modular Training Scheme for Leaders and Managers, including First Aid training.
On-going mandatory training in Safeguarding and Safety together with other associated topical training.
Co-ordination of Active Support Units
Advice on delivering Scouting for those with Special Needs
Advice and support for delivering inclusive Scouting
Advice and support relating to health and safety matters
The aim of our friendly and approachable team is to share and increase the knowledge and skills of all adults within the County. We all, whatever our role, have something to contribute to this objective.
